Open Source ORM tool

To add a paper, Login.

Hibernate is an excellent way to bridge the gap between database and objects. It is widely used in the java world and seen as a superior way forward to the EJB/Entity bean approach taken by many corporates.

Hibernate is particularly useful from a web perspective in its ability to work with EL (expression language) to render complex object graphs direct to a web page.

Even if you sniff at java (which is highly probable) you might has well come along and look at what to reverse-engineer into a more obscure language this year!

Keywords: java orm object relational mapping.
